Aslında çalışma düzeninin tam gün adı ile tartışılması bile iyi düşünülmelidir. Kamuoyunun görüşüne açılan taslağın Bakanlığın üzerinde tartıştığı kaçıncı versiyon olduğunu bilmek lazımdır. Taslak aleni tartışmaya açılmadan önce yapılan görüşmelerde özel sektör lehine yapılacak düzenlemelerden bahsedilmiş ve fulltime özel sektörde çalışacak hekim arkadaşlarımızın özel sağlık kurumları arasında birden fazla sağlık kurumunda çalışabileceği yönünde idi. Dolasıyla bu taslak da görüşülen konuların yer almadığını gördük.
