Sağlık Bakanlığı 21.03.2014 tarihinde Özel Hastaneler Yönetmeliği ile Ayakta Teşhis ve Tedavi Sunan Kuruluşlar Hakkında Yönetmeliklerde yaptığı değişiklik ile 60 yaşını aşan hekimlerin kadro dışı çalışması konusunda çelişkili bir duruma imza attı diye düşünüyorum… A. Özel Hastaneler Yönetmeliğinin Ek 5. Maddesinin e bendinin 3. Fıkrası ile Ayakta Teşhis ve Tedavi Sunan Kuruluşlar Hakkında Yönetmeliğin Ek 1. Maddesinin 4. Fıkrasında 60 yaşını aşan hekimlerin durumunu aşağıdaki gibi tanımlandı.
