25.08.2016 tarihinde 29812 sayılı Resmi Gazete ’de yayınlanan Özel Hastaneler Yönetmeliğinde yapılan değişiklik ile ek 5. Maddenin e bendinin (1) numaralı alt bendi ile (i) bendinde yer alan kadro dışı geçici çalışma uygulamasına son verildi… Sonuç olarak bir özel sağlık kuruluşunda kadrolu çalışan bir hekimin başka bir özel sağlık kuruluşunda kadro dışı çalışması uygulaması kaldırıldı.
