ÖZEL SAĞLIK KURUMLARINDA HEKİMLER FATURA / SMM DÜZENLEYEREK HİZMET VERMESİ NETLEŞTİRİLDİ… Hekimlerin ortağı olduğu şirketleri üzerinden sundukları sağlık hizmetlerinde fatura yada SMM düzenleyerek hizmet vermesinin önündeki yasal çelişkiler artık çözüldü. Bu uygulamada Maliye Bakanlığı; sektörümüzün lehine bir karar alarak mevzuat açısından net olmayan duruma açıklık getirdi.
