Bunun yanında daha önce TTB Büyük Kongresi’nde ve Hekimlik Uygulamaları Veritabanı Danışma Kurulu toplantılarında tartışıldığı ve karara bağlandığı biçimde bölgesel farklılıklar için T.C Kalkınma Bakanlığı’nın İllerin ve Bölgelerin Sosyo-Ekonomik Gelişmişlik Sıralaması Araştırması (SEGE-2011) çalışmasına göre illerin gruplandırılmasına uygunluk çalışması yapıldı.
